Dr. Mahesh Gothwal

Dr. Mahesh Gothwal obtained undergraduate degree from the University of Delhi, followed by Post Graduate, M.Phil., and Ph.D. Degrees from the Department of Public Administration at the University of Rajasthan. With a teaching career spanning the past 18 years, Dr. Gothwal have rendered services at various Government Colleges at Dungarpur, Alwar, Deeg, BasKripal Nagar, Malakheda, Bahadurpur, Khairthal across Rajasthan. Dr. Gothwal have served as a Government- Nominated member of the Academic Council at Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University, Alwar, and currently serve as a member of the University's Board of Studies for Public Administration.

Dr. Gothwal have presented papers at numerous National and International Academic Seminars. His articles are regularly published in various journals, books, and newspapers. To date, Dr. Gothwal have published over a dozen research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, his talks have been broadcast by the regional center of All India Radio (Akash Vani).

Furthermore, Dr. Gothwal have periodically organized various National and International academic E-Seminars and symposia.

Dr. Gothwal remains particularly active in addressing various issues related to higher education, alongside his work concerning marginalized sections of society.

Through this website, an endeavour has been made to address the challenges encountered by students of Public Administration in their studies. An effort has been undertaken to provide study materials to both undergraduate and postgraduate students free of cost. Furthermore, to assist them with other academic difficulties—specifically to simplify complex concepts and facilitate their assimilation—students have been provided with the facility to contact Dr. Gothwal directly.
